Tim (the manager), Lizzy and Kalina (sales) for going way above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday gift surprise an amazing one!!! Trying to navigate getting a bunny for my daughter as a birthday gift and being out of state was no easy task. But due to the professional staff, outstanding customer service and willings to go the extra mile for our family provided by Petland Hoffman Estates was the answer to our prayers!!! The wide variety of quality animals, supplies and onsite pet care confirmed that we chose the right place to purchase my daughter’s first “forever friend”.
